Interested in helping represent students and shape campus life at Frost Campus?

The Frost Student Association (FSA) is accepting applications for Board leadership positions for the 2026–2027 term.

We are seeking:

Vice-President

  • Term: May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027

  • Compensation: $21.12 per hour

Time Commitment

  • Up to 24 hours per week from May–August

  • Approximately 10 hours per week from September–April

  • Be available full-time during the last week of August 2026

Role Overview

The Vice-President is a Board leader who supports the overall operations of the Frost Student Association. This includes overseeing financial processes and chairing the Finance Committee, supporting events and student initiatives, coordinating committees and projects, and working closely with the President, Board, and staff to help ensure the organization runs smoothly throughout the year.

Board Chair

  • Term: May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027

  • Compensation: $18.48 per hour

Time Commitment

  • Up to 3 hours per week

Role Overview

The Board Chair’s primary responsibility is to facilitate the Frost Student Association’s weekly Board meetings. This includes preparing agendas, guiding discussions to stay organized and inclusive, and ensuring accurate meeting records are maintained in line with the Association’s governing policies.

The majority of the Chair’s time commitment is attendance at weekly Board meetings, along with brief preparation and follow-up as needed.

Requirements for both positions:

Applicants must:

  • Be a full-time student in good standing at Frost Campus until at least the end of April 2027

  • Participate in 2 hours per week of paid crossover training through the remainder of the 2026 Winter semester

No prior Board experience is required. Students from all programs are encouraged to apply.
