For students not interested in competing at the varsity or extramural level, the Phoenix Athletic and Recreation team offer a variety of fun intramural sports. Intramurals allow our students to be active and participate in sports without the time commitment required for the varsity or extramural programs. Our intramural sports include badminton, basketball, indoor soccer, cricket and volleyball.

The Lindsay Recreation Complex
As a full-time Frost Campus student, your membership to the Lindsay Recreation Complex (LRC) is already included through your student fees. That means you can access the facility throughout the semester without purchasing a separate membership.
Your membership gives you access to the LRC’s fitness facilities, recreational programming, sports, swimming, and more. Just bring your Fleming One Card when you visit. Some programs, classes, aquatic activities, and facility times may require advance registration.
The LRC is located at 133 Adelaide Street South, Lindsay - right across from Frost Campus.
Parking: Fleming students using the LRC must park only in designated LRC parking areas. Vehicles parked improperly may be towed.

Your LRC membership gives you access to a variety of recreation and fitness facilities, programs, and activities, including:
Fully equipped weight room and cardio fitness gym
25-metre, six-lane pool and therapeutic pool
Sauna and change room facilities
Public skating and shinny hockey
Aquatic and land fitness classes
Squash courts
Ice pads
