DIY Canning Workshop

Learn to can at home, and extend the harvest season. We'll be making a big batch of apple-sauce together, then using the water-bath canning method to make them shelf-stable. Bring home your own jar of applesauce to enjoy with breads, roasted game, or on it's own.
