About Us

The City of Kawartha Lakes Parks, Recreation & Culture Division would like to welcome all Fleming Student Members to the Lindsay Recreation Complex. Fleming Student Members will have access to a number of programs at our facility.

Parking Privileges are not included in Fleming membership passes. Students may only park in LRC designated parking while using their membership at the facility. Misuse of the parking lot may result in your vehicle being towed.

Pool & Sauna Change Room Use

  • All memberships include pool and sauna use only during posted public swim times. Please check schedules before planning to swim.

  • The sauna is a co-ed facility and should be used wearing a swimsuit. The sauna is a dry sauna, please do not pour water on the rocks.

  • There are coin lockers in the change rooms for day use and term locker rentals available for those wanting a long term locker. Using a personal lock on these lockers is not permitted.

  • The accessible/family change room is available to children 4+ years with opposite sex parent/guardian.

  • Posted pool rules apply to all members.

Client Scan Card Procedures

  1. Bring student card to the front desk, fill out client information sheet and PAR-Q form.

  2. Your student card will give you access to facility, you must scan in at the front desk and select the program or area attending on the touch screen.

  3. Members who have forgotten to bring their student card with them, must check in at the front desk. Members will need to exchange I.D. card or keys for a guest pass for use while in the facility.

Register for Programs

  1. Ask front desk staff to generate a login so you can register for programs online.

  2. A login and temporary password will be sent to the email provided (check your spam folder).

  3. Once username and password are set up, member can register for programs at
