Spectrum Centre for Creative Fitness is a fully equipped gym with over 17000 square feet of co-ed space & separate fully equipped women's only section. The facility also includes 1000 Sq Ft of Astro Turf for cross fit and dry land training. Members have 24-hour access through a card-swipe system, which allows entry after office hours;
Monday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Tuesday & Wednesday 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Thursday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturdays 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Sundays 10 p.m. to 1 p.m.)
Guest passes are free for first timers so we encourage you to bring a friend. We will be offering 2 specific student only classes which we will be asking for their input during our visits at orientation to ensure we are providing the classes at the most convenient times.
For those requiring a customized program or training package, personal trainers are available for a nominal fee.

Student's of Fleming College Frost Campus will have access to Spectrum as of September 1st 2017. The facility has numerous cardio and weight machines available as well as other amenities. The membership includes;
24/7 Fitness facility
Private women's only section
stationary weight equipment
Astro turf (1500 square feet ) gives members the ability to do outdoor style training all year round
Free weight area (with lifting platforms, benches, racks, etc)
Separate cardio and machine rooms
2 Student only classes (determined by students in the first week of school)
member only training seminars twice a semester by Brad Norris (dates to be determined)
Some of the equipment at the facility includes; A wide variety of both plate loaded and select equipment, free weight area, astro turf, bikes, treadmills, elliptical, cross-trainers, rowing machines, Jacobs ladder, arc trainers, medicine & stability balls, wobble boards & kettlebells, and much more.
Brad Norris - Certified Kinesiologist
Brad is an exercise physiologist / kinesiologist and Poliquin certified strength coach. He is a former member of the Canadian Olympic Bobsleigh Program, Brad is a performance acupuncturist, Fascial Stretch therapist, Rocktape kinesio taping clinician and fascial abrasion practitioner. Over the last 25 years, Brad has served as a strength and conditioning / human performance consultant working with athletes at every level of sport including the OHL, NHL, CFL and National / NCAA Team programs including Stanford University and the Canadian Olympic Bobsleigh Program. He is a sought after lecturer in the fields of human performance, program design and injury prevention.

The Frost field house on campus offers intramural and drop in sports such as basketball, badminton, indoor soccer, ball hockey, volleyball, instructional programs, and school events.
New this Fall - Fitness Classes in the Field House
New this year Athletics, in co-operation with FSA will offer student-only fitness classes in the Field House. A schedule will be available for students during Orientation and on the athletics website
